Find the Starting Point: The first step is to find the starting point. To identify this, you can begin by putting one foot in front of the other, moving your toes forward. This will essentially stretch the shoe out so that it more closely resembles your foot's shape and size.

Next, line up your feet carefully and stick out your toes slightly so that you can find a point where your foot almost fits into the shoe. You should also note how far back on the heel you are able to go before you start to feel uncomfortable inside the shoe.

 This should be about an inch or two from where your heel starts at its lowest point (which conveniently lines up with where it ends at its highest point). This is the starting point.

Find the Length Measurement: Now that you have found the starting point, it's time to figure out the length measurement of your foot. To do this, place one foot on top of a ruler and notice how far back your heel ends up above the rest of your foot.

 You can easily judge this by how high or low your toes are compared to the bottom of the ruler. At this point, if it hasn't already dawned on you, line up each foot carefully on top of a ruler again and notice how far back your heel ends up above where it began at its lowest point.

This is easiest to do if you are standing on two feet, rather than one, as this will make it easier to see how the heel and toes shift relative to each other across the length of your foot.

Determine if they fit True-to-Size: Now that you have measured your foot according to the size chart provided by the manufacturer,
